Match Day 7 of the 2011 – 2012 Invitational Scratch Golf League takes place today (Friday) when the Els Club, Dubai plays host to Emirates Golf Club.

This is the second match in League A – the Els Club having beaten Al Ain Shooting, Equestrian and Golf Club by 3 – 1 to currently hold top spot with 5 league points.

The league has attracted 12 teams who play in 4 leagues of 3 teams with each team playing 4 matches in a round robin format – 2 at home and 2 away.

After the initial rounds are complete the winners of each league go forward to the semi-finals and ultimately the winners contest the Grand Final match.
