Arabian Ranches Golf Club will play Yas Links, Abu Dhabi tomorrow (Friday) and Saturday in the final of the 2011 - 2012 UAE Invitational Scratch Golf League.

The first leg tomorrow (Friday) will be held at Arabian Ranches Golf Club and the second leg at Yas Links on Saturday.

The 1.30 pm shotgun start tomorrow (Friday) sees the 4 games tee off in a two leg affair for the first time in the history of the Scratch League.

Bob Driver, League Co-ordinator said at the draw announcement, 'The final match is climax of the season long league that began back in November with the original 12 participating teams from the UAE. Since then there have been a total of 30 matches including round robin leagues, quarter-finals and semi-finals. The two leg final is hopefully an indication of the growing stature of the league both amongst the participating clubs as well as creating greater recognition of its significance on the UAE Golf Calendar. We congratulate both Arabian Ranches and Yas Links, Abu Dhabi on getting to the final and look forward to some excellent golf this weekend.'

The draw for the second leg will be published at 22.00 hrs on Friday evening.
