The Gents Two-Ball Betterball Stableford Tournament produced a closely-contested affair with the top three teams all recording 43 points at the Emirates Golf Club.

Second and third places were hard to separate as both had identical scores for their back nine and back six holes over the Majlis course. The last three holes made all the difference as Kashe Gerbich and Johnny Aldridge recorded a birdie on the 18th, taking second from Gordon Duncan and Malcolm Wood.

The youngster, J.J. Hong, showed his strength as he recorded the longest drive of the tournament on hole 12. Also among the prizes was David Wall whose accuracy off the tee secured him the nearest the pin award on the 4th.
